HGIM-Phillipine

Bishop Ricardo B. Bercede was born on April 13, 1952. He and wife First Lady Purisima O. Bercede have 6 children (one is deceased).

Bishop Bercede was converted to the Lord Jesus-Christ on January 3, 1974. He and wife Purisima received baptism in the name of Jesus-Christ together, by the “Apostolic Group” called IMA (International Ministries Association). Bishop Bercede received the Holy Ghost in 1978.

Bishop Bercede started his ministry during 1980. God spoke to him to stand firm in the Apostolic Doctrine. He became a church planter and baptized many souls throughout the Philippines. He has many experiences in spreading the word of God, through his strong and dedicated walk with God.

God ordained and showed him the way of his Ministry. In 1990 because of his faithfulness, obedience and commitment to the Lord, he established JESUS NAME CHURCH APOSTOLIC MISSION INC. He also established KINGDOM OF JESUS CHRIST APOSTOLIC CHURCHES and is the president of both.

Bishop Bercede is an anointed man of God who works faithfully with the spirituality of the Lord. He has dedicated his life to Jesus and his works are spreading throughout the Philippines. He has several churches in Negro’s Island, Bukidnon Province, Zamboangga Province, Sibugay, Cebu Province and Davao City. All of these local churches are now merging together in HGIM headquartered in Florissant, Missouri U.S.A.

Bishop Bercede is a member of HIGHER GROUND INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES INC. An umbrella of local churches in the Philippines where he is the Bishop of HGIM PHILIPPINE DIOCESE.
