Our goal here at Higher Ground Child Development Center is to develop your child into tomorrow's leader. Our commitment is to provide a loving, nurturing and enriching environment for children to enhance their creativity and individuality.
We will work to instill proper manners and values, honesty and sharing, respect and self worth in your child. It is our purpose to meet those needs when your child is in our care, by providing a safe and loving environment here at our center.
OUR CURRICULUM
We utilize the A-Beka Curriculum. Students receive a foundation in Bible character building, memory verses, phonics, letter and number recognition. We provide a developmentally appropriate program that places emphasis on phonic, mathematic, language and science.
High Ground Child Development Center offers small class sizes, experienced teachers, and a unique academic program that achieves a balance of core subjects, technology, and extracurricular activities.
Before & After Care
The before and after school program offers enrichment activities for school aged children. The program is not an extension os school, but rather an environment carefully designed to fulfill a comprehensive educational and fun experience.
Before and After Care is available for student in Kindergarten through sixth grade in the Hazelwood School District and selected schools in the Ferguson/Florissant District.
Tuition
Higher Ground offers competitive rates for your child. Special family discounts are offered. Children from the Missouri State Division of Family Services are welcome.
