Baylor, of Faith Miracle Temple Church and Higher Ground International Ministries, to decrease the attrition of the unemployed and underemployed throughout world, by supporting GCRN and launching global employment initiatives and creating innovative outreach opportunities; by providing training to community based businesses and those seeking a career change.
